Old School Barber Shops.....

Doug's in the Heights (listed above) does, Doug did a good job on me once, Quentin gave me razor burn when he did the back of my neck but in all fairness I am prone to it

Many years ago on Shepard drive near Crosstimbers there was "Roffler's Barber College" and now this was in the 80's but for 6 dollars you could get a shampoo, hair cut, blow dry, then a steam towel followed by a straight razor shave done ONLY by a senior student (usually female which made up most of their student body) under the supervision of the instructor. She made sure it was done correctly.
