TEXAS DE BRAZIL ????

When you ladies go make sure you try a "Caipiriniha" fantastic Brazilian cocktail. Salad bar is amazing, but as VLB says don't over do it, I find that if you try too many of the meats, they all start to taste pretty much the same, because they use the same seasonings. Bon Apetit
I would recommend Chama Gaucha. The salad bar is awesome...could have just ate that and been happy.

That is so wrong Nikki. To me it's like having a beautiful woman throw herself at you, wanting to be banged like the bells of an old church, and all you go for is a HJ. No ma'am! Go for everything, or go home! LOL

I don't know if they still do this or not, but I was in Chama Gaucha a few months ago buying some gift cards for some clients. I bought $300.00 total I think, and without asking, they gave me six free meal coupons/vouchers good for a dinner or lunch service! I don't know if that's normal operating procedure or not, but maybe they give a free meal or two for ever $100.00 purchased. So give a great gift, and get one for yourself at no extra charge.

A friend and I went to Chama Gaucha this evening. A great place!

As you say, the salad bar it worth it by itself. Huge asparagus spears! Cheese, dried tomatoes. Marinated mushrooms!! You have to be careful not to fill up there because once you turn your little meat signal card over to green you get the waiters coming over, sometimes two at a time ,with all of the different meats they will serve you. ( 15 in all) They keep coming as long as you signal card is green. The friend I was with has eaten in Brazilian steak houses in Brazil and says the variety at Chama Goucha is better then in Brazil. THe $105 bill we got for 2 was not bad for what we got. Beer from Brazil, salad bar, all the meat you can eat and chocolate mousse cake for dessert.

Waiters are friendly and super courteous. They seem to enjoy their work delighting patrons with all of the different types of meat.

Tables aren't packed tightly. You have lotsa leg room.

They have one waiter just cruising around with a cart full of after dinner liquors.

If you've never been,go!
