This is a place people come to fill their sexual fantasies therefore I am pretty sure 99% is based on looks for them. Not the good sweet charming heart you have tucked away. They can go get that on Eharmony (a dating site). Don't get me wrong I am sure if you develop a regular then maybe that comes into play, but not at first. Looks are first in this business then your heart comes into play.

I am a BBW as well.... You will not find me on here complaining about if anyone wants to see me or not. The actual problem you might be running into is that under your old handle you had super duper low rates....you changed your name in hopes of what I think to *re-event* yourself and raising your rates. Well with name change it takes awhile for all your regs to find you again, and to get re-established. Also sometimes it's a hard bullet to swallow for some of your regs who were used to paying $40 bucks(I think) for half hour and now $140 bucks for a half hour.

Anyways just focus on you. Regardless if you are a BBW, Spinner, Athletic, Tall, black, white, yellow, green or purple, there will always be someone for everyone. Not everyone's taste are the same.

Roxy pretty much sums this up perfectly: People come here to fulfill fantasies. Speaking personally, I rather like BBWs and most (though not all) of the providers I've seen fit in to that category. But not everyone is like me, and nor should they be - that what makes life great in its own way.

Sometimes people want something different, too. If as Roxy said you've raised your rates and you're getting less customers (and honestly changing your name to do so seems a little dishonest to me, but that's your choice), then that's the consequence of the change, for better or worse. I'm sure there are many providers that could lower their prices and that would make them higher volume, but sometimes that isn't worth the additional cash that it potentially creates, since being lower volume is a value unto itself.

Men are visual. They are paying for a service. Our appearance means everything to our business. As a BBW myself I have no problem with my body. If a man only wants a session with someone with a "perfect" or "slim" body that is fine. Please go to them. There are 10s of 1000s of men in Austin to go around who like all body types.

The main thing is to enjoy yourself and offer a great service.

In terms of whether I'm going to engage your services, I'm going to judge you based on appearance, weight, hair color, hair style, physical beauty, bra size, BBBJ vs. CBJ, height, accent, voice, attitude, spelling ability, grammar, session cost, sophistication, "rules," kissing ability, athleticism, who you associate with, bad habits, etc.

To each their own. There are sgowcases and ads and websites and the only time I would be disappointed with a bbw is if her showcase pics are of a non-bbw and then the door is thrown wide and I see a bbw. That's not right and wastes everyone's time and is a session killer.

Have to echo what many said.

As a provider you are allowing men to enjoy your body and typically at most the most superficial aspects of your personality (some demonstration of grace, hospitality and charm). Not really "selling" your body, but certainly sharing it.

So it's about your appearance and demeanor, not your inner self. You could be a gorgeous charming serial killer and do great in this business as long as nobody finds out.

Some other considerations to ponder when planning how to market your services:

MOST men find youth, physical fitness and a certain regularity of facial features attractive. Men who like and even prefer outright fat women are a niche...but they exist. Know your market.

Price is a factor as is a reputation for TCB but it won't matter to people who don't find you physically attractive. It will to people who find you at least a little attractive.

How you are willing to share your body can be a factor. Skills, what you are willing to indulge men in. All that.

But all things considered, being very over weight will limit your market, perhaps severely.

One other thing to consider, there is a huge difference (to me) between fat and in terrible shape/health and "Big and Curvy". You can be 5'6, 200+ pounds with a pretty face (or really good hair and makeup I suppose), big tits, good skin, clean and a noticeably hourglass figure and be very attractive in my mind. Or exactly the same height and weight, round, pallid and sweaty and have nothing of interest to offer (to me). I mention this because even a big girl who will always be a big girl can influence a lot of these things in the medium term and expand her market.
