Sometimes shit happens. If you really had your heart set on seeing her, I'd wait a while to see if you can get a reschedule. However, if the NCNS thing happens repeatedly and you've communicated since then, I'd post a review concerning it and explain the details of the NCNS in the ROS and the events leading up to it. Sure, it would not get you PA and would be moved to the Coed section anyway and since you didn't see her it would not be linked to her profile... but at least then you've publicly announced the situation and warned others that this may be a normal thing for her.

There is something good that can come from it. If you post it somewhere it can help show a trend. A fair amount of the time there are follow up responses saying someone else had the same or similar problem.
If she is a well reviewed provider and you post it, her reputation will not take a hit as long as it ends up looking like an isolated issue. I doubt there is a girl on here that has kept every single experience a good one. The important thing is that there is not a trend and far too many times the trends are hidden since noone says things.
I would recommend that you at least say something in the Mens Lounge. I would assume that the girl already knows who you are and that this thread is about her, but a little extra detail in the ML can help out sometimes. There will be some white knights, but remember that their shinning armor only exists behind a computer. There may also be guys with the same problems where we should know about it.

IMO the original post (and post #3) is nothing more than passive aggressive bullshit aimed at the lady that pulled the NCNS . . . It is a veiled threat for her to make it right - or else - and all just a game.
Either name (out) her for the NCNS or shut the fuck up. If you want to play games, do it elsewhere. If you really wanted to let everyone know she has an issue (truly) with NC/NS, you'd have done it in the first sentence and told everyone who she was. So far, all you've done is make a bunch of DNS lists of ladies that can discern their ass from a hole in the ground when it comes to problem clients they don't want to suffer . . .
