Yes. Incredibly judgemental attitudes about tattoos and many other aspects of personal appearance have subsided for most. Social acceptance has changed.
Personally, I used to judge people for such things until I figured out that the person screwing up was me. Those with ornamentation are not necessarily better or worse than those of us "plain" people.
I still don't care for tattoos. I can't see them as imporoving appearance, expecially for a woman. With that said, some of the finest men, and yes, women, that I have known have tattoos. I don't want to think about what I would have missed if I threw them away due to tattoos.
Fortunately for me, they have not thrown me away for not having tattoos.
