San Diego, yummmmy! Pricey though, even the local main board costs $$ to join, but no LE concerns and everything imaginable is available and a lot to choose from.

I had to think about this one a little bit but I have had the best luck in Vegas and for very reasonable sessions costs. I go to Vegas all the time because I play poker there and have only had one bad session. My all time fav PSE girl is in vegas and my alltime Gfe girl is there also. I have heard quite a few horror stories out of there so I guess I have been extra fortunate. Also going to meet a provider that I am really looking foward to seeing there also. Much better than my hometown anyway
