I love Amish food. I used to go to the farmers market every Friday and buy their bread. That's probably the ONLY thing I miss about PA. They of course were not allowed to sell their milk and cheese but if you wanted it, you knew where to go. Sad when choosing what kind of milk you want to drink is as shady as a drug deal. Yes I aggree, if people know the pros and cons of pasteurized/unpasteurized milk and they are still interested, they should have every right to buy it in the public eye. If we can't ingest it in it's natural state and can only have it when it's processed that does not sound very appealing to me.
