Rush Drags Right-Wing Radio Over the Cliff in Massive Sponsor Exodus

maybe if Rush hadn't been given a seat in the republican congress back in the 90's people wouldnt associate him with the right ..

or constantly running down the left while 15 million people listen every week

now the left gets their pound of flesh from Lush at the expense of his expansive mouth

funny that. Originally Posted by CJ7

Have any of you fucktards seen Dennis Miller's act from around 2002? His Schtick is straight out of Hollyweird Bush bashing. Now he does a nightly conservative talk show and a weekly segment on Bill O'Reilly that is about as right wing as it gets. At least we haven't voted him into public office a la Al Franken....Yet.
This just in:

Rush's Mother does not approve of him!

Mo later!

Dennis Miller is a Libertarian, I'm pretty sure. He supported Ross Perot in 1992, and supported W for a time after 9-11. I think he finally ended up a Libertarian. I don't know.

Difference. I worked for that $300. But nice try, again, Doofe. It'll get there. Keep on!

Doofe, I'm going to give you credit for trying. I know it must be difficult to come up with a response that makes sense, and you failed at that, again. But I want you to keep trying. Once you get used to it, forming a coherent thought can be fun. Sure, it's frightening for you now, but that is only because it's a new thing for you. So hang in there, it will come. You can do it!

For someone who seems to detest slanted reporting, it's odd you fell for this Democrat stage show. You really know nothing about the circumstances of the "hearing" do you, CBJ7?

back to the topic

a wise man once said ..
1. Rush pissed off 95% of women in the entire country

2. those women have massive buying power

3. sponsors arent willing to gambel with even a small percent of their profit margin

4. its neither left or right ... business is business

We will see, CBJ7. I'll bet Rush isn't harmed much by this. It was all a setup, I've posted the circumstances before.

I don't care if Rush is on the air or not. If his advertisers leave him, and stations drop him, fine. I just don't want the government dictating who can be on the air and who can't. The problem is this il leading to FCC involvement, and that will be bad for everybody.

Although I'm not a supporter of Rush I must say he is doing what he gets paid massive amounts of money for--winding up us libs. And, I'd also agree with the gent above on the fact Rush won't be hurt much by this. Quite possibly a wee backlash but that will be about it. Remember he doesn't rely on the liberal media to spew his twaddle. I'd even go on to say it may well help his ratings. The people who fancy him will continue doing so. Just as the folks that enjoy Maher will continue supporting his views.
That 95% number is based on what?
