Free STD check at Planned Parenthood
I believe that many primary physicians and pretty much most all surgeons can arrange for your own blood to be stored for a procedure. Many insurance companies will reimburse you for electing this option prior to surgery. Storing your own blood in an ongoing manner (for life's "shit happens" moments) may be cost prohibitive as I am sure it would not be covered by insurance and as blood expires, you'd be replenishing your own stockpile (very) often. I haven't looked online, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if some blood banks would market this ongoing option as a service to those that could afford such or for those with an uncommon disorder that might require such personal blood stockpiling (which if it was related to a medical condition I'm sure insurance would cover the cost).
