While it always helps to plaster watermarks on all images, I do not do it on every image. So perhaps I should warn you that you are falling victim to one of the biggest myths on the internet.

This myth results from past law, and misunderstandings of past law being passed along. In virtually all cases, photo copyright is valid whether or not there is a copyright notice.

We all here know I am the rightful owner of my own photos, and that IS in and of itself a copyright, according to my lawyer and what I know.
