The things I said about Brittney Valentine isn't true

I wonder if his Mother would approve his review? I wouldn`t worry too much about it, Brittany. Most people can see through his BS.

So, you're pissed at the girl and you decide the way to get back at her is to commit hobby hara-kari?

This makes no sense at all.

It was an outcall appointment. Did she come back later with management and insist on you writing this? You DO know the providers read ROS don't you? Probably shouldn't have gone into as much detail about the cover as you did... Originally Posted by trynagetlaid

If both sides say the review is bogus why can it not be removed?

This guy should be banned.

The hobbyist's equivalent of posting a fake alert.

See below.....my thoughts exactly.

Folks, we only volunteer some spare time. We are not on this forum 24/7.

Our forum guideline #24 is very specific regarding incidents like this:

#24 - Disputed reviews will not be removed by staff unless the request is made by the thread starter. In situations such as this, the proper protocol for addressing a review in question is to post a rebuttal to the review in that city forum's coed discussions area. Staff will be happy to do some basic investigation to confirm the validity of such reviews, however removal will only take place when requested by the thread-starter or in extreme cases where it has been proven false, there is an admission by the reviewer that the review is indeed false, or the reviewer failed to cooperate with staff's efforts to confirm validity. In cases where a reviewer is found to have posted a review of a session which did not take place, or posted blatantly false information within a review, the reviewer will be subject to disciplinary action at the discretion of staff, which could lead to loss of posting privileges. Along those same lines, if the reviewed party is found to be making false or inaccurate claims to staff in an attempt to trigger staff action against a reviewer or the removal of a review, that party will also be subject to consequences, up to or including temporary or permanent loss of account access. These measures exist to preserve the integrity of the information posted in our review forums, and will be taken when these circumstances exist.
This is a case where the guideline has been enforced.

@ BrittanyValentine, I don't know if Lilmac sent any PM to any other mod, I sent an inquiry but haven't received any confirmation that he was in contact with anyone in staff. By the way, I only found an RTM to this thread and not one to the review that needed to be removed. It is important to RTM the post that needs the most attention, but things have been processed according to our guidelines.

Wow...what a f-ed thing to do to this chick. And the MOD's WONT remove it? Talk about get screwed twice!!!!
I don't see why the MODS wouldn't simply delete the review. It's THEIR website and THEIR rules, so it's up to them to do the right thing; namely remove the review. Is removing it going to violate some state or federal law? Will it expose the MODS to some Star Chamber of Justice where they'd be subject to something horrid? I bet not.
He is banned would have been nice for him to explain in detail what he was lying about. It just seems there is more to this story

We have a review with questionable info.
We have very unusual mechanical difficulties reported. BCD
We have a provider's rebuttal saying it is not true.
We have a reviewer agreeing with the provider.
We have a members with no relative information saying the reviewer had a knife to his throat. LOL
Provider's rebuttal and the review are normally closed to prevent piling on with non-information. I just now saw this mini train wreck. It's done.
