I bet ST would post another contest thread before June 1 because it's a lead in to the slow season. Smart move but poorly executed. The SMART move is to get a bunch of the Dallas girls in on it.

It takes leg work behind the scenes which many either don't want to do or don't know how to do. If you get 10-12 providers in on a contest, or with you in some way that benifits them, you have marketing genius.

You can make it on your own but few do. When we pulled together back in 2007 it was the most amazing thing I've ever seen. If you've got 10 providers all flirty and bumping the contest thread...... Well you get the idea.

And if I'm apart of any clique I want out. The sisterhood has room for everyone. It should not be one against another.

Sarcasm? It doesn't matter... I've watched while this provider ST has been picked on over and over... being the victim of similar attacks I know that it hurts. I'm just saying who are we to judge anybody...while you don't have to agree with the actions of another....they have the right to make their own choices in how they conduct their business. If rules are violated we have mods to correct those errors. Hobbying is supposed to be about Pleasure....to each his own...there's somebody for every taste...I say attract by your actions and cease the drama. Live and let live.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know it's fashionable to say, "Who are we to judge?" as an excuse for tolerating all kinds of annoying and ridiculous behavior. I don't buy it.

There are certain rules here -- some written, others implied -- that exist to keep our little society devoted to pussy safe and pleasant. It would be irresponsible for members to see, hear, and speak no evil and let the mods enforce the rules. Our little society works because we're largely self-policing.

So if some girl is silly and blatant in her self-promotion, then I say slap her, but in a funny, entertaining way.

No. Moderators are for helping with the rules. But the rules don't cover every bit of behavior and how the community wishes to interact.

ThreADs are perfectly within the rules. Management has deemed it so.

Expressing displeasure at another's opinion or posts in a way that doesn't violate board rules is OK too.

That doesn't mean that the members have to like ThreaADs, or the effect they have on making co-ed, ISO and sandbox just three more friggin' ad forums with even less rules. Between ThreADs, over-blown sig lines, and general ISO abuse, the content of most forums is 75%+ advertisement and a waste of time to read.

So it's OK for certain people to be picked on. I've noticed that to be the case with this board.
My bad for not being a "cool" bully and going against the flow by sticking up for the underdog.

I like threADs if they are entertaining. Take Ze's "Fuck my face while she watches" thread. It could be considered a threAD. I didn't really know about her till then. But it was awesome and fun.

As far as ST's thread on her contest. I could see why she posted it. I would have been kind of disappointed if she didn't, though I did not partake in the contest I thought it was a neat idea and wanted to see where it went. And I like Kayla's suggestion of getting more providers in on it. Maybe also come up with a way for the hobbyists to get in on it too. You know instead of the traditional ways.

Now, I understand why people are concerned about the video, but I can understand why she made it. Don't want people claiming she is playing favorites.

But... is that really the thread this one is about? I didn't think Sweet.Treat garnished that much annimosity.

This contest thing is a good idea and got me to thinking about a
great idea for a new one. We can put Bojulays name in a hat and
all the providers on this thread and the other one can reach in and
draw a name, and the winner, sorry, (winners) get to spend the
night with Bojulay.

I like the idea of getting all the girls involved. That way no one feels
left out.
