I've had two providers look at my profile, after I sent them a request through P411, and not reply back. I just assumed they were too chicken to write and tell me they didn't like one or more of my activities.

And every provider that has seem me and reads this will probably ask themselves, WTF?

I've had several instances where providers have responded to P411 emails...but when I check Tracking they don't show up...which says that they haven't done their due-diligence...so...that disqualifies them for me.

There's usually a good correllation between the better providers and those who use all the tools properly...not always..but usually.

Good to know providers view P411 using methods which won't appear on the Tracking page. As for leaving phone numbers on their voice mail, I also say it twice, as well as, slowly.

If she calls (on the phone) P411 to check, then there's no trace of her viewing.
This used to be the case, a few years ago.

However, now, when a provider calls in we actually log into the provider's account and check the Client Id, so it does show up in Tracking, even if she's called in.

Today we put in a new feature that will send clients an email when his profile has been viewed.

Sincerely,
Gina
