Damage Control - EEK!! a bad review

You know, it's sad that a lady who cares enough about her reputation to try salvage it is slammed for doing so. A little understanding and taking the time to hear what a person is saying rather than going into a frenzy at the first sign of blood would be the decent thing to do...Melody, I think it speaks volumes that you care what people think of you and it's important enough that you would take a stand for yourself. Keep your head up, don't let this get you down and feel free to call me anytime...
I will never settle for less than I deserve either no matter what anyone else has to say about it. It's called Self-Respect.

A feeding frenzy on this provider is unfortunate, but also hopefully a good lesson to all. We all have bad days and frustrations, but we don't want to take it out on our customers and do want to make things right when we do mess up. I say let's give Melody a chance to make things right.

I agree, some of the comments are really effin rude on this thread. The BJ comment was super tacky.

Some peoples kids, I swear.

Don't forget that when clueless clients quote ROS comments and statements into the open, which clearly happened in that review and has now been reported, nothing good comes of it.

blake, yep, that's the directive i've read.

if someone [male or female] sends you or tells you info that is in the rest of the story or in a private access area [whether or not they have "legitimate" access to it],
then the recommendation is to report that person to the mods so they can investigate it.
I do not actually read a lot of reviews. I post a lot of them but don't read a lot.

I didn't even know about this review until this rebuttal was posted. Samething with the last rebuttal.

We all make mistakes. Just my suggestion, but if you do have a bad review I would not point it out. When you post a rebuttal it points it out and every hobbyist goes to read it. I know I did.

I do not think one bad review will hurt but my suggestion, do not point out your bad review by writing a rebuttal. Instead get more good reviews.
