So if the remains can be carbon tested to 3500 years ago does this lend credence to the story of Moses? We know that there was a great cataclysm near 1500 BC that destroyed Crete, the Minoans, some Hittite and Assyrian civilizations disappeared as well. Ramses II of Egypt met three waves of invaders from the sea. Ramses II was the pharoah who had to deal with Moses.
If the dating indicates an age of ~ 3500 years (historical documents state that the parting of Red Sea event occurred in 1441 BC), then the theory that someone planted the objects there is bunk. Originally Posted by eros1970
I only meant what I said. Actually I thought the other guy's idea of chariot stealing Israelis going for a joy ride and then dumping them in the Red Sea was pretty funny.
