Thanks to Mokoa for opening this back up for me.

I was contacted by Syndi today explaining pretty much what she posted on this thread. After seeing the resposes from reputable members to my post I had no problem accepting her explanation since she was so well vouched for.

So long story short we've rescheduled and I plan on visiting with Syndy next week sometime and will probably post my 1st review on, from what I've read, should be a great visit.



As a side note I felt I followed the ncns instructions posted in the independent provider section. I also do not view my post as an "alert" because, per instructions, it is not in the Alert section but in this particular forum as a matter of open discussion. That allowed members to vouch for her, the community to make sure she was OK, a chance for her to respond and finally our ability to resolve it. If there's another thread that talks about some of the intricacies that I obviously missed I glady look it over. But for now I appreciate the advice that was given.
