Yes, its instagram. All you can do is change the lighting effects.
Photishopping, you can "nip & tuck", smooth out blemishes, etc
the only editing I do to my pix, are crop the face out, maybe add a border, and playing with the different lighting options. Ill post a "before & after" pic

hot but dark cant tell how you skin looks but hair is sexy
