This was hilarious yesterday, I had my TV set with 3 channels on it.. and Fox,CNN,and MSNBC were all on. As I watched it I did a double take because 2 were reporting it was shot down, and MSNBC reported it had been upheld.

It says a lot when you see the right leaning media reporting things wrong and not taking the time to get things right. They are only interested in pushing their right wing propaganda and misinforming their viewers. Truth is beyond them... Originally Posted by Sexyeccentric1

He says that all the time. The article he used to support it didn't. Why is it that CNN and Fox both got it wrong, but only Fox is biased?

Yeah, hard to understand. Originally Posted by CuteOldGuy

Personally, I monitored the results on scotusblog.com because it's about as no-partisan a source as I know of.
Now let's get this straight. Fox got it wrong because of their right wing bias. And CNN got it wrong because of what? Their right wing bias? Is that what's being asserted? Do you really believe that?
Both networks blew it in an effort to scoop everyone else. You realize that there were no recording devices allowed in the court, right? And that all reporters had to listen to what was read and then dash outside to tweet the results as they were being read?
Try using your heads for something besides a hat rack.

The real reason Fox News is kept out of Canada is because of a political bias against conservatives. The official reason is that Fox News isn't sufficiently truthful.

Al Jazeera, a defender of terrorism, is allowed to broadcast in Canada. Russia Today is a shameless propagandist for the radical left and is also allowed to broadcast in Canada. If Fox News was banned over a concern for truthfullness, Al Jazeera and Russia Today would be banned. Originally Posted by joe bloe

THEY SELDOM, IF EVER, RETRACT UNTRUTHFUL STORIES EVEN WHEN SHOWN THOSE ERRORS.

I really think al Jazeera has a better retraction record than Fox "News".
