Having an audit trail is risky business and could be used to substantiate income to the IRS. All of your clients could be identified thru their credit card numbers if someone wanted to do that. Be careful.

I have discussed these issues at length with my clients they seem to be aware
so I guess what Im saying is they know their are always risk involved!!! they are
not worried and I have my end under control!!!!

This is really simple folks. Jaci gets to make choices on how she accepts payments. I didn't see anything that said credit card use was mandatory. If you pokers don't want to slide it in her machine, stick to the green stuff. The only real fact here is, it's her business......jeeezzzz
