It is common sense not to show up to see a provider with any kind of skin condition or other medical condition unless you have had it diagnosed by a physician and can explain it to her in detail. Same goes for providers with any sort of condition. Just because you know what you have and it is benign is not good enough. Other guys and providers depend on this type of thinking to stay safe.

Glad I read this thread after lunch has been digested.
If she were to get "educated" to the point of being able to diagnose such things I think she'd stop being a massage therapist and take up dermatology.

I think I just lost my appetite. And certainly my desire to play for a while. Some gross stuff, there. But, also a subject that needed to be discussed.

Me, I am just getting old. Acquiring some skin tags and have my first "Old Age Spot" on my hand. If I saw someone with skin like the previous photos, I would run for the hills.
So what about potential clients who have psoriasis or eczema? Those conditions can appear in the groin area. Originally Posted by ZedX79

I wouldn't go through a session if I saw something that was strange.

This girl did the right thing.

BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!!!!!!
Yeah this can be serious, and can be passed from customer to customer
I have witnessed psoriasis. I am not concerned about that. I have had clients who do not wear deoderant. That can be challenging especially during the summer.

Skin conditions can be caused by any number of things with a very wide range of causes including reactions to medications that can cause rashes and such.
IF someone has a psoriasis outbreak it's always better to tell the lady in advance. I have the same condition as well so I always tell anyone who is working near an outbreak about my condition so they don't treat the area to rough or freak out when they see it. I always tell manicurist and massage therapist about my condition beforehand.

And everyone condition won't look the same, some psoarsis is red and swollen, or swollen, or just large bumps that fill with puss.

And sadly it's not as simple as rubbing a cream or popping a pill because treatments can take months to work and even after that you still may be left with scarring.

I wouldn't need anyone to turn up with a doctors note as long as they are considerate to let me know before hand.

But if you think you have something that may spread, I think you're a douchebag if you try to have sex with anyone if you have a contagious infection around your groin.
