Married vs Single question

I think its the idea of the chase, obtaining something that is suppose to be off limits. When something is edgy and risky its almost always more of a turn on.
Outside of the hobby/business, I have no interest in pursuing a married man. I respect other women and wouldn't want to be romantically involved with their husband. I view the hobby differently since I get compensated as a result...instead of just sleeping with a married man just to steal or compete with another woman. Originally Posted by samantha thom

The OP, I LOVED Adam Sandler in the movie "Just Go with it!" I have it and watched it many times. It does seem to be that when a man or woman married or "taken" that they can get hit on more, not sure if its just a coincidence or not

Pretty much what everyone has said so far is applicable in some form.

It's the excitement of something new.
It's the excitement of something off limits.
It's the thrill of the chase.
It's the hunt to get what someone else already has.
It's less pressure to initiate contact.
It's less pressure because it's not going to go any further than sex.

All are valid explanations. We're all human so we respond differently, though. There's no way to say "This is why all men do it." or "This is why all women do it." It's a case by case scenario.
