Lawyers are sneaky fuckers...if they want it shut down, they'll find a way to do it...if they can't get through Section 230, then they'll implement regulations that'll make it impossible for BP to function as an ad site, like age verification, or pre-post moderated content screening, or any of two dozen other things.

The point is that no amount of "wanting to fight" or "the law says this" is going to matter...people are ignorant, and they'll do anything to "protect the kids"...
