Yes we can. But the attitude and demeanor of, say, Jordyn Wieber is, i'd say, no less impressive.

But let me add, i also think being black, and raised by a single white mother (followed by white grandparents), going to Harvard, becoming President of the Harvard Law Review, finishing 2nd in your class, and then becoming the first black President of our country is also pretty inspiring. Yet you don't seem impressed.
You took something good. Something inspirational, something uplifting, and turned it into something ugly. Without any reason, other than you like making nice things ugly.
Or i took a cynical ploy on your part and exposed it for what it was.
