"Image Standards" are kind of a moving target. And the rules don't apply equally in all areas. Generally, if it is in public view and you are not a PAYING advertiser, you must follow the rules that Jack laid out. But there is lots of room for interpretation.
The advice to screen it through a Mod first if you have doubts is probably a good one. So send us your naughty pics! Please! (well... not too many!)
