Menu and upcharging

I have always bee-lieved in the freedom of pursuit of happiness; all inclusive.

Lately, when I am 'nickel and dimed' for discounts.. I question... why do I give all of myself? I am valued less than those who insist on more $$$? I am no less good looking, and I give everything--complete safety and satisfaction. I am seriously asking myself, why?

Perhaps I have been too nice? The world is ever meaner and my "do unto others, as you you would have them do unto you" isn't keeping me on a level field. It hurts. If only I were a born dominatrix instead of a true pleaser. (sigh). ok. see, it doesn't work for me even in jest.~ grrr!

Remember you can only be nickle and dimed if you allow it. Lowering your level of service as a possible solution would be counter productive and most likely backfire.

I'm not sure what you mean by nickle and dime though. Are you being asked if you are willing to give a shorter session for a lesser amount or are you being asked to provide the same service for a lesser amount?

If it's the latter they should be dismissed just like the providers who upcharge. If it's the former then I would think business coming in is money in the bank..

I have seen her and she is beautiful and reminded me of my college girl friend ( I still miss her).Crystal Kitty gives her all and charges less than most of other provider of her caliber. My advice to her is be reasonable in your rates and stick to it.
Guys she is a sweetheart take care of her and she will make you happy. She is one of the best and once you see her face, it is so pretty that you don't believe the value you are getting . I know you will call me WK etc but that is OK, I am talking from bottom of my heart.

Once again, you are right Beast. I really am scratching my head. It's not because I was confused by your suggestion that I'm a woman hater, or that you've done so with elementary level vocabulary. Two thoughts. If bacon isn't on the menu, I don't order it. It either isn't on the menu or the chef has to buy some and charge more. If the waitress says "would you like bacon for an extra $?" I might say yes and I might say no, depends on my appetite. Now if she says "lets have a little bacon, too" I'm assuming it's free at that point.

Damn, I hope there's some bacon in the fridge, this analogy has me wanting some.

Second point is one that's been discussed in the past. I'll try to get a discount on any "thing", but a person's time is worth what that person says it's worth. If I don't want to spend $$$.5, there's others who believe their time is worth $$$.

"Okay, I'll take one pancake off and reduce the bill by $". Not worth the waitress's time. And soon everybody wants that. But then they start asking for that "extra" pancake and the waitress has to say "it's not on the menu" or "that'll be $ more" or toss it in for free.

Damn, I hope I've got some maple syrup to go with those pancakes. I sure as hell don't want to drive to IHOP.
