The husband is her bitch. On some level he must enjoy it, or he'd kick her to the curb. Considering her extracurricular activities, I can't imagine that the court would be generous with her, even if there is a prenup in place.

She is balancing her pleasure on the amount of humiliation and emotional pain she is inflicting on her husband.
This type of relationship often ends in very unexpected and extreme violence as the levels of emotional discord grow over time.

He would be smart to get out now...before his lawyer cannot get him out at all.
Not to imply that humiliation is not a valid method of sexual release if agreed upon and properly implemented.
