whats the purpose of a pimp?

I guess what it boils down to is that when people say "oh she being managed" its a BF thats 'helping' a provider do her thing. But if its a girl helping out 1 or more girls then its an agency?

And whats the allure of a truly independent provider? Is it that shes not taken or in a relationship that adds to the fantasy when your with her for an hour?

Thank god I have a strong mind and enjoy my independence a pimp does not have your best at interest only his own. What do you think will happen to you when you get old or he drops you to find some new fresh meat, you will be alone. I think its smart if you are independent and put YOUR money away and save, go to school get a degree just in case. We cant do this forever always have a plan B. I have been approach by a lot of pimps when i would dance in Tampa, and its so funny how they try so fucking hard to recruit their girls. I just laugh and tell them I aient the stupid one and to fuck off.

If you are concerned about safety there are plenty of men you can hire for 20-40 dollars per call as security. If you want all of your money to be taken away from u and to recieve an "allowance" and that's only if your lucky, and be treated like nothing more than a dollar sign then mess with a pump. They are not concerned about you, just themselves and their main girl. You would just be a throw away that he made some bucks from and there is no such thing as a severence package. You ever want to leave your gonna be flat broke with whatever you have in your pocket. It's a vicious cycle my advice.....STAY AWAY!!!!!

Great thread y'all... I just finished reading Pimp, by IceBurg Slim. What a fucked up book. It made me sick to read it. Pimps serve no purpose. I had a friend who I used to work with in the houses in NV, she had pimps her entire career, Can't function with out one. Even when in house, has a pimp. Leaches. And when she didn't have one she would make her next man her Pimp. It is a sick cycle. Last I heard she went to jail. I hope she is alright. I don't think she will ever have enough self esteem to move forward. Pimps hate women and they destroy them. Since I am not into burning coal there will be no Pimp in my world thanks. And I know not all Pimps are black but lets keep it real. :-)
