I was on a deer lease with a guy that did some part time accounting for one of the major clubs. I asked him what it was like being around beautiful women all the time.

He told me "Every one of them is messed up, in one way or another."

If you open a strip club because you like hanging out in strip clubs, you will fail spectacularly. I have friends who learned this expensive lesson with regular bars; throw in the variable of dancers to hire/manage/exploit/whatever and anyone who's in it for the sport instead of the profit potential is going to go down in flames.

If you're running a business, it has to be business. And I can think of nothing less fun than dealing with the business side of strip clubs. You're talent/entertainment is the poster child for flaky, unreliable staff. Your business is in the crosshairs of every bible thumper in town, as well as the media. And you've got some established competitors who would probably prefer you not to muscle in on their turf, and they've got plenty of friends who may be comfortable doing something unsavory.

Instead of pissing away hundreds of thousands of dollars on this dream, why not pay Satin to give you a master course in strip club mileage, and invest the money in your own entertainment as a savvy customer? You'll come out happier, richer, and with better stories to tell.

I could think of very few things worse than managing a group of girls who cannot differentiate between a stubbed toe and heart attack.

The D brothers are incredibly successful. They manage the managers. in the years of being in the Ship, I can never recall seeing them ever have a drink in the club or sit with a dancer.
Get some professional ... Management first... then Go....

You guys that seem to know the world... Why not agree? or you guys just want to type?

Anyways........

Just use the money you'd use to open the club and spend it at a nice one.

If you're looking for action, open a hot nightclub. I have a friend who opened one and all these young gorgeous tight 20 year olds were clamoring to work at his place. He personally "interviewed" many of them if you know what I mean.

Every business has its' challenges, but everyone knows strippers are the most disfunctional people there are. I can't imagine trying to manage them.

Another thought came to mind. xjax wrote "Every business has its' challenges, but everyone knows strippers are the most disfunctional people there are. I can't imagine trying to manage them. " Ever tried to herd cats?
with all the demands and taxing, bad press....and vice.....you may want to consider outside city limits....but then the clientele varies unless it is the spot.

Hell one married a girl from years ago and his son manages the Ship now so hell yeah they fuck every chick in there and get mad if you fuck one of their waitresses, door girls or bartenders they are or have fucked. Their ex in laws are there too trying to fuck everyone...bad business and one reason they are in trouble.

Northwood- true they do go unprotected in the girls! I did a waitress and her bartender girlfriend about 4 years ago and fucked her in a bathroom at dinner and Mr. D sent pics of his cock from his office (playing with it) while i was stroking her lol

You guys are right. You guys made me think right, the negatives outweigh the pros. I enjoy the company of beautiful women, but I now realize that I'm not the type of guy that can help manage this kind of operation. I should stay away from investing with them others in a Strip Club and helping them running it. I'm doing really well in the stock market (for the moment and I hope it stays that way). The stock market is easy for me to understand and I know what I'm doing (or I think I do), but at least it is working for me. It is helping me to support my voracious appetite for hot Provider women. I am grateful for all of your answers. I am grateful for all of your words of wisdom.
