Rafael was a cat. 1 hurricane that formed in October 2012 in the mid Atlantic and got real close to hitting Bermuda.
Because the link may disappear, there may be no context if this thread is looked at in the future, so due to this, I'm going to report this post to the moderators and ask them to close and lock it.
