I call BS. This may be true with some people, but this has no basis in fact whatsoever.

This is like saying that I take really good care of my feet, so therefore I must take good care of my mustache/ears/eyes/nose/mouth/fingernails/etc. There is absolutely no connection between any of them.

BUT... If you are trying to say that if someone is compulsive enough to take care of one thing on their body, it only makes sense they would be just as compulsive to take care of the rest of their body. That I can agree with in theory, but it still is not based on any scientific method.
