LOL, not sure if your kidding, or your personality revolves around data collection? I know I would not mind, but I think it is too much detail for most people.

As long as we are contemplating changes, why not separate 1-5 star ratings in various categories, such as:

TCB
Looks

Actually TCB would be a good rating. I like to know ahead time if I need to be ready for about 1 hour flex around the appointment time?? Some very good providers are always late, and I have been trained good things come to those that wait.

Before this gets too out of hand... or OSD writes something unintelligible (sic), the "yes or no" is really insignificant compared to the ROS. I have given a "yes" to girls that I find unatractive, but have explained it in the ROS. Someone mentioned that everyone loves a different cup of tea... and while the girl might not be attractive to you.... she might be the next guys Goddess. Just write a good ROS.

I have done something similar in my most recent reviews. I try to add accurate pictures and use a scale 1-10 for:

Face
Body
Attitude
Service

I feel it's just more objective. Allows me to recommend a particular lady with guys knowing what they're going to get without disappointment.
