Any providers ever use PayPal?

After doing some research, here are 2 viable options in case someone ever needs to use PayPal. In my situation I have funds in my Paypal account already.
1) Request a check
2) Apply for a Paypal Debit MasterCard & use it at ATMs

The con:
Paper trail
