Many things factor into attraction. It could be race, age, intellect, body shape. etc.

I see it as a personal preference on attractiveness. I myself find light skinned aa women with athletic shaped bodies gorgeous while aa woman that are dark and do that booty shaking and using "thick" to describe themselves repulsive.
