I will often follow the standard of "Little (insert handle)". But changing the description between rod, cock and one-eyed-snake is part of the literary part of writing reviews.

The real question is what do you call it in session? I will mainly use cock because dick had other meanings and I want to be clear. Penis is too clinical.
