The concept of succession is very close to the original intent... Individual independent states that come together under the Constitution for purpose of limited federalism.I think many police manuels warn that people who are passionate about the founders and agree with their violent methods are a menace to our orderly society and must be placed under arrest and spend lots of time in jail until they eventually might see a magistrate who'll then set the terms of bail, and then they'll have to hire an attorney to defend them in Court......
Great post......it reminds me why I like Ron Paul (sometimes)..... Originally Posted by Whirlaway

Today any park policeman or transit policeman, or any such "officer" can bring anyone he likes to the Sherriff's jail and the "accused" will be jailed along with the convicted, and treated as though convicted, until days later when a magistrate finally informs the person jailed of what his status is. And the jailed person has no opportunity to speak to the magistrate or refute or confront his accusers.
This "republic" stopped being a lawful society long ago when the most basic tenants of common law and English jurisprudence were trashed.
We don't have to wait for tyrrany...it's already here.
