The fact is that by the Governments own statistics, 98 percent of all abortions performed in the USA are considered 'Convienience Abortions'.

I would think that an incident such as the OP discribed would be so remote in the US that it is in reality a non issue.

I would also hope that any Medical Profesional in the US that acted in such a manner would be arrested and charged with the appropriate crime, either manslaughter, or perhaps 2d degree murder.

That is total bullshit. There are extremists in both parties but if you ignore them then you would know that republicans in general would never support what happened to that lady.

I don't have much faith in the Republican party, but Laz is right. Except for a tiny minority, I don't think even Republicans would support what happened in this case.
