DR well done. Voice call can be quicker and more personal.

For me unless recorded will not be evidence in court - lol
Texting takes an hour to do what can be accomplished in two minutes of talking. Besides I love to hear that sultry voice.

Does the ordinance have an effect for those phones that have voice to text (ie those you talk into and it converts to text?)

I use an App which announces an incoming text and asks if I want to hear it. It reads it out loud. All of this without even having to hold a device in my hand or touch it.

Sweet.

Texting is usefull when u are in an office full of nosey busy bodies, u get the urge to unload vs load at lunch. U can't take a call back in a meeting etc. However, I always have to voice with a new provider. With the voice call u get a much better sense of attitude, and that can make or break the deal. As always no explicit talk with either. Once I texted back to a provider but sent it by mistake to one of my adult daughters. Oops, but it only said. Cu in 10. Got immediate call where are u?
Texting is SUPER annoying....when ive nwver communicated with someone before
If someone texts me that im unfamiliar with, i usually ask them to pm me.
Now if its someone im familiar with, have screened, met, etc....im totally cool with it.
A text can be quite convenient. For me at least.
Its funny, bc i noticed guys that complain about texting, are usually those showing up with a "flip phone"
Hahahaha texting isnt the best on those things.
I generally book way ahead of the date several weeks at least. I have on many occasions talked to the lady on the phone to get an idea about her intelligence and sense of humor. I have hooked up with some wonderful women in this way. I usually set up for several hours and if we were not going to "fit" I don't want to waste our time and my money. On one occasion the woman was dumb as a rock and her text messages would show it. I received a couple of text messages that were in pretty good English. Later it dawned on me they were written by her pimp. You never know who composed a text message.
