It's always the price. You want more business, lower the price. You want less business, raise your price.

Never. Maybe a couple of guys (here and there, if that) looking for a bargain but that's it.
It's a slow time of year for many. In the future, you'll need to figure out the ups and downs (pun intended) of your business during the year. I tend to have fairly decent holidays ... time will tell this year ... but often, it's the slowest time of year for most.
