So sorry you are going thru this. A little advice, "when someone shows you who they really are, believe them the first time". You definitely need to press charges. That really is attempted murder or at least assault with a deadly weapon (car).

Hola everyone she is feeling better and is with family. I have stopped by her place to be with her but the poor gal cant move too much. She is surrounded with love and family so I know she will make a speedy recovery.

Sure maybe you have some guilt because you played a part in the argument but assault with a two ton weapon isn't an appropriate response to some sharp words. Realize that some people have IED = intermittant explovise disorder, they snap and someone gets hurt.
