Well it took long enough to agree and it will be nice to hear don cherry again even if it's a very short season

I agree, as much as the strike or whatever shorted the season, need to get some games in this year. I don't think hockey can survive going a whole year without playing. the average sports fan has not missed hockey.

What's it gonna be...a 48 game season? There'll be LOTS of asterisks in the record books and this season's Stanley Cup should only be half-size.

They will just call it the ley cup. Just the last half.
