It was delayed two days. That is not enough to whine about. There was never any question that a bill would be passed and everyone knew it. The issue was the kind of bill and one buried in pork does nobody any good.

One thing I don't understand is some reports I have seen stated the total damage was in the 20 billion range. Why would any relief bill be greater than that. Considering a large part of that would be covered by insurance, any relief bill should be significantly less.
