While I do have a natural distrust for The President's motives, I do not think he is willing to make criminals out of a large chunk of the American Population by issuing a Executive order that would place average Americans in that very situation.

Why do you insist on punishing the innocent? No legal gun owner approved of what happened at Aurora or Sandy Hook. Taking guns away from people who use them responsibly will do nothing to prevent criminals and lunatics from getting guns.

What I think is reprehensible is the anti-gun nuts politicizing these incidents to push an agenda, that would not have prevented either one. The issue is much more complex than just getting rid of guns.

Yep it is beyond me why the Brady's or the Gifford's would be speaking about some changes.
