I don't really buy into the whole "I didn't get what I wanted......gimme a discount thing....."
When I voice a complaint, I want nothing in return other than the problem to be fixed. And, I'll probably address the issue when I choose to see her again. Or, more than likely, leave it alone. But, I'd never tell her in an e-mail...that's too cold for something as personal as hobbying is.......cripes, you girls aren't a corporation you;re people!!!!

I get it. She should of been more professional, but "yes" she is human and maybe the experience of being ripped off made her upset on many different levels. It is not a clients job to console, but because you allowed her to vent, you may have made the next guys appointment better...( yikes ..sorry)
But, atleast bless your heart, your immediate patience may help her gain confidence and professionalism back.
Again, I understand that is not what clients should deal with. Yet, to understand some providers are still learning the ropes makes for a better provider. To address the situation privately and constructively IMHO would have the most positive results. And for being such a BIG person you deserve a pat on the back in my eyes! xo
