Ahhhh... another "shitstorm" is brewing. He didn't call the provider out by name which I thought was cool. I will say that I personally find it incredibly rude and highly unprofessional to be taking calls and answering texts during a session. The time paid for belongs to the customer. On occassion there. Might be cause for the phone to be answered but as a general rule phones shouldn't interfere with the nature of business. Outdated pictures are also bad business. If you're larger in life than you are willing to portray perhaps this isn't the business you should be in.
