P411 Okays?

Well, that is not good. You see a provider after contacting through P411 , pay her rate , have a good time - you should get an OK. That is the rule at P411 - as far as I know.

Doesn't matter if it was a special rate , an incall etc etc . Well, OP, I would name the provider and report it to Gina of P411. I dont think she would take this too lightly and will fix it as soon as possible. Hope , this helps.

Probably a nice enough person....just maybe wanting some repeat business. I just don't think that's the way the system is supposed to be working.

she meant a general or reference ok and not a P411 OK.

if i were concerned, i would ask Kloie to clarify that and let her know about the P411 guidelines/rules for P411 OKs.
