More Workers Raiding 401(k) Plans ( To Pay Bills) Long Before Retirement

A perfect reason the Republicans can't be allowed to gut Social Security. We have to have a true safety net. People can't be trusted not to make horrible mistakes with their retirement funds, sometimes through little fault of their own.
