Is it rude to do this????

Frankly Scarlett I guess you give a damn...lol I thank you for having the REAL courage to say something, I do agree that it is very hard to get a correct read on a provider in that manner, As well as hobbiest. I guess what I was thinking is that if I was a provider I would do as you do and check myself often, not just for my clients but my piece of mind. I understand it could be a hassle but I own several businesses and I would chalk that up to a cost of doing business. At least I would be considered responsible and have a better chance of detecting something early... At the end of the day nothing is certain. I also said what about that new test that just came out? I know it does not cover everything but it checks for the BIG ONE. I for one am more concern with that one as to the others. They all are an issue.. You sound like a responsible person , I hope others will read your response and take measure if they are not doing so already. Hobbiest should also take not, especially if they have someone " as I do" that could get in the line of fire... Thx SR
Glad to be of service it's fun2come!

I believe it's a reasonable request!

If someone asked for it, I'd be happy to fulfill the request.

I mean, why get upset about a request such as that if you've got nothing to hide?
Nice to hear from the hotties.. good coments
They don't call it risky business for nothing! Now that everyone is limp.... have a wonderful night lol! Originally Posted by Scarlett Rossi

It just doesn't seem practical to me.

Assume for the moment a particular lady knows she has something and is willing to keep providing. She's probably going to be willing to lie about it as well. And she has a big financial incentive to do so.

How do you know she's the one who took the test?

Is she going to let you see the test with her real name on the paperwork? Then see her driver's license to verify that's her?

I've never had to produce ID to get a test, although I never got any form with the results. Even if they did require ID, if she sent in another lady with her own ID, would they really check that closely? Heck, I have some trouble telling a lady from her advertising photos when I see her in person. "Yes, I used to be blonde and I've lost a lot of weight. Don't I look good?"

Do the clinics issue "STD free" reports in some sort of hard to fake form? Or could she just print off her own? Is she likely to be carrying around the original copy of her STD report, or a copy?

It would be nice if some trustworthy organization like Planned Parenthood would produce some sort of anonymous "STD free" photo ID, but it ain't gonna happen because of the scumbag old biddies running the country who don't want anything to promote sin.

I know the tests are getting better, but if a lady has been recently infected, they may be contagious, but not show up as positive in the tests yet.

BTW, much of the above applies to the guys as well, but they don't have quite as much incentive as a working girl.
OP specifically asked if it would be rude to ask a provider to take the new instant HIV test , for which he is going to spring the 42.00 for ! How can she lie about a test taken right in front of
him ?

1) It's only for HIV. There are a lot of other STDs.

2) It takes 20 minutes for the results to show up. Talk about a mood killer.

3) You can't eat or drink anything 30 minutes or less before the test. Or brush your teeth, use mouthwash, etc. If you do, you may get a false negative.

4) It may not show a result up to 3 months after infection.

5) If you're taking anti AIDS drugs, it may not test positive.

6) It's an oral swab test. It has to be done carefully, or the results may not be accurate. For instance, "you must swab both the left and right side of your upper gums and the left and right side of your lower gums. Each gum must be swabbed only once. You must follow the test directions carefully to get an accurate result"

Nothing is 100%, I asked the question because I think especially if your daty friendly or bbbj, it might at least give some piece of mind to at lease know she or he is not full blown aids. I also know its only for HIV ,,,but dude that's the one that kills.
