I like office incalls, other than the lack of a shower, but there are ways around that. (Hot towels are a good thing, but you'll need lots of them.)

A legitimate front is important. Something nondescript that explains men coming and going - some sort of consulting, therapy, or other personal services. Do your research to make sure your "front" isn't one that is highly regulated.
