Of course I generally agree with the original tone of the constitution etc. as formulated at the time, most of the ideas came from England/Europe anyway. Some of us have moved with the times.

Is our Constitution flawed? Without a doubt.
But it's still the best thing going.

An example of one of it's flaws, The Supreme Court.

Yeah the Constitution can be amended, there have been 27,
but that is part of the Constitution, the right to amend it. One could argue that even
the amendment process has flaws.
