For me... It has been my experience that girls with wider mouths give better blow-jobs than those with a smaller mouth cavity. It can be painful feeling teeth grinding against the soft tissue if the mouth is very dainty.

It kind of sucks for them too, because they will get tired of keeping their mouth open wide open.
